Your patient is our guest and stays at the hospital for treatment, not to receive visitors. For this reason, it is important for your patient, not for us, that you comply with the following rules.
1. Visits during working hours are between 13.00 -14.00 and 19.00-20.00 every day, and no visitors are allowed outside these hours.
2. Visiting the patient outside of visiting hours is possible with the permission of the head doctor or doctor on duty.
3. No more than two visitors can be received at the same time for a patient, and patient visits cannot be longer than 15 minutes.
4. Visiting children under the age of ten are not accepted. In obligatory cases, children may be allowed to visit with the permission of the head bib or duty doctor.
5. Food and flowers will not be brought to the visit. Regarding this, control is made at the entrance gate.
6. During the visit, do not sit on the patient beds and do not talk loudly and disturb other patients.
7. Visitors cannot use tobacco and alcoholic beverages inside the hospital. Legal provisions will apply to users.
8. Control of compliance with the principles of patient visits; it is done by service workers, hospital access control service officer, duty officer
9. In specialized services (such as Intensive Care, Newborn), the frequency of visits, which is determined as once a day, can be changed within the permission of the physician.
10. Patient visitors who want to get information about the patient's condition can contact the patient's doctor, or if the doctor is not available on weekends, they can contact the doctor on duty.
11. In cases that may be inconvenient for the patient, the visit is subject to the permission of the doctor.
12. From the moment the patient enters the surgery, visitors are not allowed to stay in the rooms.
13. Visitors cannot stay in the room even if the rooms of the patients who are taken to the intensive care unit are empty.
14. It is forbidden to visit those who have caught one of the contagious and epidemic diseases, and the patients whose visits are inconvenient for any reason.
15. It is recommended to wash hands or rub them with hand disinfectant before and after the visit.
16. It is forbidden to sit on the patient beds and touch the devices at the patient's bedside.
17. Unless there are any health and medical problems, the detainees and convicts admitted to our hospital can be visited once a week for 10 minutes in accordance with the Prison Regulation. During this visiting hour, a male or female officer or guard from the prison, as necessary, comes to the institution, sees the visitors, searches them and gives permission for the visit.
The administration of our hospital is not responsible for selecting and researching detainees and convicts and incoming visitors. Responsibility for this rests with the prison officer.
Companion:
1. Companions will comply with hospital rules. In case of violation, the accompanying status of the person concerned will not be accepted.
2. Companions (other than physician and nurse directives) will not make any application towards the patient.
3. The companions will keep the hospital goods and materials neat and clean, the accompanying person who damages the hospital property will cover the damage.
4. In order to provide you with a peaceful environment, patient relatives; It is essential not to speak loudly and not to make noise in the patient room and service corridors. In addition, using the televisions in your rooms in a way that does not disturb others; It should be closed during the doctor's visit and after 22:00.
5. Companions will keep their accompanying ID cards attached to their names at all times.
6. Companions will not take their patients out of the hospital or change their beds, unless requested by the relevant physician or nurse.
7. Companions will not use tobacco and alcoholic beverages inside the hospital.
8. The companions will not bring food or drink to the patients, and will not give any food or drink to the patient without consulting the physician or nurse.
9. Companions shall not speak loudly in patient rooms and corridors, and shall not disturb staff and other patients.
10. Companions will benefit from our hospital's food services without paying a separate fee by showing their accompanying card. (Services are provided for the companions of paid patients within the rules set by SSI.)
11. Service nurses will be informed about the change of companions.
12. The nurse will be informed when there is any problem with the accompanying patients.
13. No male companions can stay in the women's service.
14. Companions are obliged to look after the patients within the directives of the physicians and to comply with the general discipline rules of our hospital. Companions are not served.
