In terms of organ transplantation, it would not be right to discriminate between a Muslim and a non-Muslim, a religious person and a sinner. It is Allah who appreciates responsibility. Everyone's free will is essential in responsibility. For this reason, it is incompatible with the general principles of Islam to consider donating organs to a non-Muslim or non-Muslim as helping them to sin or prolonging their life. The fact that it is torn apart and eaten by animals does not prevent it from being reborn in its original owner.

The fact that the artificial organ forms a part of a person who commits good deeds or sins in the new owner is a matter entirely related to this new owner. Because the real responsibility is the will. The responsible person is the person using the organs.

Everything is within the knowledge of Allah and organs are in every body.
